Head Coach
Each group may have a maximum of one leader. The group leader is the person responsible for organizing and communicating with the event organizer.
Purpose of the Measure
This rule is intended to limit the number of people in the backstage area, ensure safety, and maintain the smooth running of the competition.
Coach Assistant
Each assistant who helps the coach must have a valid Standard ticket.
Additionally, it is necessary to pay a backstage access fee of 7 Eur.
This measure is intended to limit the number of people in the backstage area, which is reserved only for competitors and team leaders.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY FEE
- Competition Facilities: Sports hall, changing rooms
- Stage Conditions: Dance floor (ballet linoleum) 20×16 m

- Organizing Team: Preparation, organization, and cleaning of the competition
- Evaluation of Results: Professional jury, score sheets, result counters

- Starting List: Processing and publication on the website
- Results: Processing and publication on the website
- Sound System: Professional audio equipment ensuring high-quality sound transmission
- Lighting: Professional lighting technology providing effective stage illumination and atmosphere
- Moderation: Two professional hosts ensuring smooth event flow and communication with the audience
- Cleaning and Space Preparation: Preparation and cleaning of areas before, during, and after the competition
- Technical Support: Coordination of technical staff to ensure proper operation of sound, lighting, and visual equipment
- Promotion and Marketing: Implementation of marketing campaigns (posters, flyers, online advertising)
- Logistics and Transport: Organization of material and equipment transport for the competition
- Jury Coordination: Organization and communication with the professional jury, ensuring their presence
- Participant Registration: Management of applications, data verification, and participation confirmation
- Diploma Processing: Design and printing of diplomas for winners, including graphic processing and personalization
- Email Communication: Regular communication with participants, judges, and competition organizers
The entire competition is open to the general public. Come and cheer for the dancers or simply enjoy the artistic performances of the competitors.
A well-thought-out lighting design, professional sound, and stage setup give our competition a unique character and offer the audience an unforgettable experience.
The event is organized by a team of more than 50 coordinators. Each year, we invest in the entire concept, which is developed over nine months, to provide better conditions for both competitors and spectators. We collaborate with professionals from various fields to make our event as professional as possible.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
✅ Valid Registration – Registration is considered valid only once the payment has been received in the organizer's bank account.
💳 Payment Method – To ensure correct payment matching, we accept bank transfers only. After logging into our registration system, payment details will be automatically generated and sent to your email address.
📄 Invoice and Payment Confirmation – A payment confirmation can be issued upon request. If you require an invoice, please request it by email at kabrtcompany@gmail.com.

❌ Cancellation Policy – A team or competitor may cancel participation without giving a reason until May 15, 2026, and the entry fee will be refunded in full.
After this date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
