Dear dancers and dance teachers,

I would like to inform you that, unfortunately, we were unable to reach full capacity for the planned competition in Germany. We are very sorry about this situation, and therefore we would like to offer you the following options, so that you can continue to be a part of the Kábrt Cup project:

Participation in the competition in the Czech Republic (June 2026): We can fully transfer your registrations to the competition in the Czech Republic, where you will have the opportunity to perform under professional conditions. This option is particularly suitable for participants from the Czech Republic.

Automatic qualification for the 2026 Euro Kábrt Cup: You will receive a direct invitation to the finals, which will take place in September 2026, without having to participate in the qualifying round. This opportunity is intended for contestants from Germany and aims to ensure Germany's representation at the Euro Kábrt Cup.

If you have already paid the entry fee, there is no need to pay anything additional. Your registrations will simply be transferred according to the option you have chosen.

If you decide not to take advantage of any of the options listed, we will, of course, refund the full entry fee to our account.

Our goal is to ensure that you do not miss out on this opportunity and can remain part of the Kábrt Cup international dance community. We greatly appreciate your trust and would be delighted if you accepted one of the options offered. We would also be happy if you chose to represent yourself internationally.

We are able to provide accommodation directly in the sports hall in Chrudim, Czech Republic. You only need to bring your own sleeping equipment. This option is also very cost-effective. From your side, it is only necessary to arrange transportation to the venue.

Please, let us know which option you prefer by May 10, 2026, at the latest.
