The Kábrt company team will assist you throughout the competition.
Organization Team:
The most important part of our competition is the organization team – Kábrt company, which ensures the smooth running of the dance competition. We care about our team members. It is important they feel comfortable so they can create the best possible conditions for our participants.
The organizational team – Kábrt company – is divided into several groups, each with its own assigned tasks.
You can recognize the organizational team by their red T-shirts.
Competition Organization
1ST STATION - REGISTRATION: When registering, you must submit: Entry fee, list of competitors' names. Please have your insurance cards or other forms of ID for competitors with you in case your age needs to be verified. The organizing team will provide you with yellow or red wristbands, which will grant you access to two zones. ZONE 1: changing rooms and backstage area ZONE 2: spectator area
2ND TICKET OFFICE - ADMISSION: Spectators can purchase tickets here. Those who purchase a ticket will receive a red wristband, which grants access only to ZONE 2, i.e. the grandstand. The price list can be found here: https://www.kabrtcompany.com/preisliste-zahlung/
3RD SECURITY: Safety is our top priority, both of competitors and spectators. Therefore, our security staff may check everyone on request to see if they have a YELLOW or RED wristband. If a person does not have a wristband authorizing them to move around the competition, they will be asked to leave the competition. We therefore ask everyone to make sure that they have received a wristband upon entry, which is given after paying the entry fee or admission fee.
4TH STATION - BACKSTAGE TEAM: ensures that everyone is ready for their start on time. The team gradually directs the competitors to the start.
5TH STATION - PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT: A professional medical assistant will be present throughout the competition to treat any injuries, so don't hesitate to seek medical assistance if necessary. We are committed to ensuring the safety of all our competitors at the Kábrt Cup national dance competition.
6TH STATION - SOUND TECHNICIAN: We kindly ask the leaders of the teams to send their music alongside with their registration. Please, send the music in the MP3 format with the name structured as follows:
GROUP/TEAM: NAME OF GROUP/TEAM - TOWN
SOLO, DUO, TRIO: NAME OF COMPETITOR - NAME OF TEAM - TOWN
8TH STATION - BACKSTAGE MODERATOR: A moderator who is online on the Kábrt Cup Facebook page and provides interviews and photos from the competition :-) Follow our Kábrt Cup Facebook page!
9TH STATION - JURY: A professional jury evaluates the competition every day. Link to the jury here: https://www.kabrtcompany.com/medienpartner/
10TH STATION - COUNTING COMMITTEE: These are the people responsible for processing all the scores received from the expert jury. At the end of the competition, each leader will be able to collect the score sheets.
11TH STATION - OFFICIAL COMPETITION CAMERAMAN: Records each performance for the Kábrt company.
12TH STATION - OFFICIAL COMPETITION PHOTOGRAPHER
13TH STATION - PHOTO CORNER: Each competition number is photographed in our photo corner. If you are interested in a photo you have selected, you can have it printed and take it home with you.
