Head coach

Each group may have a maximum of one head coach. The coach is the person responsible for organization and communication with the organizer.

Purpose of the measure

This rule serves to limit the number of people backstage, ensure safety, and smooth running of the competition. 

Assistant coach

Every assistant who helps the coach must have a valid ticket – Standard.

At the same time, it is necessary to pay an entrance fee to the backstage area of CZK 150.

This measure serves to limit the number of people backstage, which is intended only for competitors and leaders.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY FEE

  • Sound system for competition: Professional audio equipment for high-quality sound transmission
  • Lighting for competition: Professional lighting equipment for effective stage lighting and atmosphere
  • Hosting: Two professional hosts ensuring a smooth course of the competition audience interaction
  • Venue preparation and cleaning: preparation and cleaning of the premises before, during and after the competition
  • Technical support: Coordination of technical support for the proper operation of sound, lighting, and visual equipment
  • Promotion and marketing: Provision of a marketing campaign (posters, handbills, online advertising)
  • Logistics and transport: Organizing of material and equipment transport for the competition
  • Jury coordination: Organization and communication with the expert jury, ensuring their attendance
  • Participant registration: Managing applications, data verification, confirmation of participation
  • Diploma processing: Design and printing diplomas for winners, including graphic design and personalization
  • Email communication: Providing regular communication with participants, judges, and competition organizers
  • ADMISSION

    The entire competition is open to the general public. Come support the dancers, or simply enjoy the artistry of our competitors.

    A thoughtfully designed lighting setup, along with professional sound management and high-quality staging give our competition a unique character and offer the audience an unforgettable spectacle.

    A team of over 50 organizers works on the competition. Every year, we invest in the entire concept, which involves 9 months of preparation, to ensure superior conditions for both competitors and spectators. We collaborate with professionals from various fields to ensure our event maintains the highest level of professionalism.

    REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

    Valid registration – Registration is considered valid only when payment has been credited to our account.

    💳 Payment method – To ensure proper payment matching, we only accept bank transfers. After logging into our registration system, payment details will be automatically generated and sent to your email address.

    📄 Invoice and receipt – We will issue a proof of payment upon request. If you need an invoice, please request it by email at kabrtcompany@gmail.com. The contact person for invoicing is Klára Štirandová - +420 773 280 087.

    Cancellation fees – Teams or competitors may cancel their participation without giving a reason up to one month before competition date, in which case the entry fee will be refunded in full. After this date, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
