After the registration for the Kábrt Cup closes, we will inform all registered participants about the change in schedule.

SATURDAY 7. 6. 2025

Dance preparatory class, Ballet, Folk dance, Contemporary, Contemporary show, Jazz dance, Open show, Disco dance, Show dance, Street dance & Hip hop, Street dance show, Vogue dance & Waacking, Battle Contemporary, Battle Street dance & Hip hop


We ask that all contestants be ready for their performances on time (at least one hour in advance!)

YOU MAY ONLY REGISTER BETWEEN 6:30 AND 12:00.

When registering, you must submit: confirmation of payment of the entry fee, a list of competitors' names. Please have your insurance cards or other identification documents for the dancers with you for possible age verification. The competition songs will also be checked according to the starting list.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME

8:00 Venue opening, registration and spatial rehearsals

8:15 Meeting of leaders and inspection of the competition area

8:30 Jury meeting

8:45 OFFICIAL OPENING CEREMONY - entrance of the jury, presenters, and competition director

9:00 - 12:00 1st part of the competition

12:00 - 12:30 Lunch break 

Spatial rehearsal 12:15 - 12:30 for Dance preparatory class.  

12:30 - 16:00 2nd part of the competition

16:00 Preparation of all competitors for the ceremonial evaluation of results (compulsory for all competitors competing during this day). Competitors line up into one line and get ready for the final stage entrance in the hallway by the changing rooms. Our organisers will help navigate the preparation. We also appreciate leaders, coaches and teachers helping.

16:10 - 17:15 Announcement of results (podium for winners!) We kindly ask leaders and coaches to instruct their students about safety on the podium so that no one gets hurt. Safety is our top priority. 

The national anthem plays for the competitors on the first place. Everyone stands during the anthem.

18:00 Expected end of competition

Baton Classical majorette, Baton majorette, Pom pom, Mix, Twirling, Twirling rhytmic, Compulsory Twirling team,  Twirling 1 baton, Twirling 2 baton

The organisers reserve the right to change the programme.

Spatial Rehearsals

Spatial rehearsals will take place before the competition begins. During this time, the area can be used to rehearse entrances, exits, or specific parts of the choreography. Please be considerate of other competitors and do not practice or rehearse entire routines. Access to the competition area is only permitted in dance (competition) shoes throughout the entire competition. 

Start List

The start list will be published at least one week before the competition. Each competing formation will be assigned a number, which will remain unchanged even if some competitors withdraw (the start number of those who have withdrawn will remain unassigned). The up-to-date start list after registration will be posted in several visible locations at the venue.
