Start List

When registering, you must submit: Entry fee, list of competitors' names. Please, have your insurance cards or other identification documents for the dancers with you for possible age verification. 

Explanatory notes for the start list:

If the start is marked in red, it is being dealt with.

If it is not marked in any way, everything is fine.

If it is marked in black, the start has been unregistered.

• Changes to the start list can be made until Friday, May 31, 2025. (The 2026 date is to be published later.)
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS - The organizer reserves the right to combine categories that are under-subscribed.
• The start list will be published no later than one week before the competition.
• Each competing formation will be assigned a number that will remain unchanged (this number can be found in the start list column - start number), even if some competitors withdraw (the start number will be left unassigned).
• The final starting list after registration will be posted at the venue in several visible places.
• Changes are made online, which means that the representative will make the change based on the request, and it will be immediately reflected and displayed in the online start list.
• The start list, after adjustments by the technical delegate, will be available for viewing on the website here: www.kabrtcompany.com/startlistde/
• If you find that some of the information is incorrect, please contact Karolína from the organisation team at kabrtcompanymanagerstaff@gmail.com. Please include the following in the subject line of your email: MODIFICATION OF THE START LIST FOR THE KÁBRT CUP [COUNTRY] 2026 - NAME OF THE GROUP.
• We ask all participants to check their details, as well as details relating to children and teams. After May 31, 2024 (date for 2026 Kábrt Cup will be updated), it will no longer be possible to make adjustments.

Start list information

1. Registration for competitors takes place until 12:00 noon. All competitors and team leaders must register. After registration, they will receive a competition wristband, which is required for access to the stage and designated areas. Team leaders will also receive wristbands.
2. Registration is important to confirm participation. Thanks to registration, we know that you have arrived at the competition safely and on time. Competitors who do not register by 12:00 p.m. may not be included in the starting list.
3. Music tracks will also be checked during registration. Tracks must be prepared in the correct format and named correctly in accordance with the Kábrt Cup competition rules. In case of incorrect labeling or technical problems, everything must be resolved immediately during registration – otherwise, the choreography may be removed from the starting list.
4. The starting list is available online. You will see in real time which performance is currently taking place – it will be marked in orange. This will give you an overview of how much time you have left before your performance, allowing you to prepare in time.
5. Saturday – solos, duets, and trios in the morning, groups in the afternoon. We expect soloists and smaller formations (duets, trios) to perform in the first part of the day, with larger groups performing in the afternoon. The exact program will be published based on the number of registrations.
6. Sunday – fewer solo and duet performances, we start briskly. Due to the smaller number of solo, duet, and trio performances, it is necessary for all competitors to be present at the competition venue by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. We estimate that each performance will last approximately 3 minutes, so you can roughly calculate when it will be your turn. We do not have long breaks and the competition runs smoothly without interruption, so it is important that everyone is ready and on site at least 1 hour before their performance.

After the start list for the 2026 Kábrt Cup is published, a form will be added to this page.

Please attach music in the following format:

Teams, groups: Team/group name – city

Solo, duo, trio: names of competitors – team name

If you upload more than one song, we will select the one with the appropriate name. You can check the music during registration.
